HIRE OF STRAWBS BAR



Hire the  top bar for your celebrations, boozy meetings, socials etc







Decorate with banners, balloons - blu tack only please (sorry no sprays, eg string, glitter)



Food provided if required, nibbles or full buffet, from £30.00



Mon- Thurs hiring is free if you spend £150 behind the bar.Fri,you are required to spend £200 behind the bar,

Sat you are required to spend £200 behind the bar by 11pm, if you are way behind this amount you simply stop being a private party and let other customers use the bar.

This is during term time only, out of term time £150.



A returnable deposit of £30 is required to secure the booking







The room is yours from 7pm. We are open from 7.00pm, if you'd like to start your function at an earlier time this can be arranged.

If customers who have difficulty ascending the staircase wish to visit the bar they must be allowed access to the ground floor, thank you.

 

TO ALL  SOCIAL SECS

If you would like to use our bar for your socials but are only a small society or a new society and are unsure of how many people will attend then simply send a text to yvette on 07800830923 preferably the day before, or on the day, that you are on your way to the bar, if you arrive early evening I can either reserve seats or open the top bar for you depending on your numbers, we are very flexible. If you hold your society socials on a regular basis we can arrange for your members to have a strawbs discount   that they can use any evening.
